Anyway, I was born and raised in Kentucky, but NORTHERN Kentucky, which if you ask anyone south of Georgetown just doesn't count. So believe it or not, I've never had a Hot Brown. At least that I can remember. Though I have made Derby Pie with real KY bourbon but from recipesource.com and not from some old family tradition. <BR/><BR/>I will have to give this a try.
